Pre-launch · agency performance management software

A tracker shows what happened. This shows what has to happen next.

trainwell Tracking is agency performance-management software we’re building for insurance agencies. It connects monthly projections, daily activity plans, household-level outcomes, compensation math, structured FactFinder reviews with AI-assisted analysis, and agency-owner sign-off — one auditable workflow, not another dashboard. It is not yet available to customers — this page is a preview of what’s coming.

What we're building

One connected workflow, not ten disconnected totals

Projections, activity plans, huddles, households, compensation, FactFinder review, and AI assistance — built to the way insurance agencies actually run, with leadership accountability designed in.

Projections & pacing

Monthly objectives allocated per team member, required daily pace that recalculates every day, and an always-current projected finish — on pace, at risk, or behind.

Activity-based planning

Each person's own historical conversion rates back-solve the funnel: how many calls, conversations, and quotes today's remaining objective actually requires.

Daily huddle workflow

A documented operating rhythm — commitments, midday checkpoints, intervention thresholds, manager notes — so performance gaps surface while there's still time to respond.

Household-level outcomes

Production organized by household, not scattered transactions — with the agency's own compensation tiers applied and the path to the next tier always visible.

FactFinder + AI-assisted review

Structured customer-interaction records analyzed by AI for gaps, follow-ups, and coaching flags — then reviewed and acknowledged by the agency owner. Human in the loop, auditable end to end.

AI George

An AI assistant for word tracks, fact-finder prep, objection practice, and platform navigation. It assists authorized users — it never makes coverage, underwriting, or claims decisions.

Why it's not another tracker

Plan → Execute → Measure → Review → Adjust

Basic tracking software answers one question: what happened? trainwell Tracking is built as one connected cycle that also answers what's expected, whether you're on pace, what requires attention, and whether leadership reviewed the work.

1
Plan
Set the monthly projection, allocate it per team member, and back-solve the daily activity from each person's own conversion rates.
2
Execute
Everyone starts the day knowing their required pace. The daily huddle runs as a documented workflow with checkpoints — not a hallway chat.
3
Measure
Actual vs. planned at every funnel stage, household-level outcomes, and the compensation tier each household qualifies for.
4
Review
Structured FactFinders get AI-assisted analysis — summary, gaps, follow-ups, coaching flags — then the agency owner reviews and acknowledges. Human in the loop, on the record.
5
Adjust
Pace recalculates, follow-ups are assigned, coaching is logged, the projection updates — and tomorrow starts with a better plan.
For reviewers & partners

The full picture, plainly stated

If you're evaluating trainwell Tracking — as a future customer, partner, or compliance reviewer — here is exactly where things stand. We'd rather over-share than let a pre-launch site read like a live one.

Who's behind it

  • trainwell Tracking is built by trainwell (trainwell.co), a training and software company serving insurance agencies.
  • The product is developed and operated in the United States.
  • Questions, due-diligence requests, or documentation: support@trainwell.co.

Where the product stands

  • In active development; core features are functional in a private development build.
  • No paying customers and no production customer data — every figure on this site is fictional sample data.
  • Application sign-in is restricted to the development team until launch.

Security & data handling

  • Hosted on Google Cloud Run (us-central1) with a managed Postgres database (Supabase); all traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).
  • Every application route requires authentication; access is role-scoped per agency and office.
  • The platform stores agency-entered activity, production, and compensation records. It does not connect to or pull data from any carrier system.

Who it's for at launch

  • Independent and captive insurance agency teams managing their own performance: projections, activity, households, and compensation.
  • Each agency's data is entered by and visible to that agency only — scoped by organization and role, with agency-level separation.
  • trainwell Tracking is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurance carrier.

How AI is used — and bounded

  • AI summarizes, organizes, flags gaps, and suggests wording. Output is always labeled as generated assistance and presented to a human reviewer.
  • AI never binds, changes, or cancels coverage, never makes underwriting, claims, legal, or compliance determinations, and never replaces required human judgment.
  • FactFinder review is human-in-the-loop by design: the agency owner or an authorized manager reviews, comments, and acknowledges — and that acknowledgment is on the record.

What it is — and is not

  • It is performance-management software: projections, pacing, activity planning, household-level tracking, configurable compensation math, structured interaction records, review workflow, and reporting.
  • It is not a system of record and not a policy-administration, underwriting, billing, or claims system — and it doesn't replace agency supervision.
  • Designed for data minimization, role-based access, and auditable review history; specific data fields, retention, and controls are defined with each partner's requirements.
Pricing

Published at launch

We plan simple per-producer subscription pricing with a free trial. Final tiers and pricing will be published here when the product is available — we're not taking payments or sign-ups before then.
